Throughout the Pacific Northwest, we work with teams/clubs/organizations by providing decal fundraising programs. Our primary contacts are coaches, booster clubs, soccer moms, etc. using e-mail or postal ordering. We also do on-site sales from our concession trailer for very large events at which we are able to cut the decals as they are ordered.

Two Different Fundraising Procedures

1.  Your team/organization takes the orders and sends them to us: We can furnish a generic order form that can be easily modified with our client's team name, pricing, etc. Orders are taken by the team and delivered to us directly or submitted by mail or e-mail. This procedure requires a parent willing to keep the paperwork and billing straight as well as distributing the decals when completed.

*Pricing as of October 2008: Our regular price for personalized, vinyl-cut decals is $10.00, but if you send an order of 10 or more we will drop the price to $6 each (this is for fundraising only). The decals don't all have to be the same... the sports symbols can be varied, as well as the team names, etc. The $6 would also apply to any orders that come in after you send your main order. All your orders should be on your order form with your team name on it. The teams we have worked with have sold them for $10-$13. If you are in Washington State you may be able to complete a Resale Certificate so we won't have to charge you tax (youth sports teams and some non-profit organizations are allowed to do fundraising activities without charging tax).

2.  We come to your large event and make the decals on the spot: For large events we can come in person and set up a booth or use our concession trailer to take orders and produce the decals on the spot. We encourage the team/organization to do advance publicity and display the order form on their website to allow for preordering, production, and delivery of the decals prior to the event. In the case of a very large event where time does not allow for completion of all the orders, we can mail the decals for a small postage charge.

*Pricing as of October 2008: Team income will be based upon a vendor fee paid by us, if applicable, or by percentage of our gross sales.


Types of Decals Available

Standard vinyl-cut sports decals: These are cut from seven-year vinyl film used in sign making. There are many sports and activity symbols available that can be sold without personalization or can be personalized with team name, player name and number, etc. White vinyl is most common but many other colors are available; however, the decal and lettering would be all the same color.

Custom vinyl-cut decals: We can create a decal from your logo, the cost would depend on the complexity of the graphic. These could be sold as is or can be personalized with team name, player name and number, etc. The decal would be all one color. Please call to discuss pricing options.

Digitally printed decals: You can have your logo made into printed, full-color decals; however, there is a minimum order of 20 decals required. If the size of your decal is larger than our typical 6" x 6" size, the minimum order required may be larger. The team would need to supply a high-quality TIF (preferred) or JPEG file.
